Policy's

1. Event Admission

All guests must present a valid ticket (digital or printed) for entry. Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult. Re-entry is permitted with a valid wristband or ticket stamp, if applicable.

 

2. Venue Rules

The event is held outdoors. Guests are encouraged to bring a warm layer and waterproofs. No glass containers are allowed on-site. Alcohol may be sold on premises; guests are not permitted to bring their own food or alcoholic beverages. Smoking is only allowed in designated areas.

 

3. Weather Policy

Screenings will proceed in most weather conditions, including light rain. Please dress appropriately. In the event of severe weather (e.g., thunderstorms or high winds), the screening may be delayed or cancelled. A weather-related cancellation will be announced on our website and social media by 18:00 on the day of the event. If a screening is cancelled due to weather, ticket holders may transfer their ticket to another date or receive a credit for future events.

 

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Tickets are non-refundable except in cases of event cancellation. If you cannot attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person. If an event is cancelled by Curious Satalite LDA, customers will be offered a ticket transfer, credit, or refund.

 

5. Food & Drink

Please note that outside food and beverages are not permitted at the Lagos Outdoor Cinema.
We offer a range of drinks and snacks at our open-air bar, and meals can be pre-ordered from Nah Nah Bar until 1pm on the day of the event.

6. Start Time

Gates open at 1900 and films begin at approximately 2030, or after sunset. Guests are encouraged to arrive early to secure a good viewing spot and enjoy pre-film entertainment and refreshments.

 

7. Accessibility

Curious Satalaite LDA aims to make its events as accessible as possible. If you have specific access requirements, please contact us in advance.

 

8. Conduct

Please respect fellow guests and staff. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior will result in removal without refund. Volume must be kept at respectful levels after the film ends, particularly in residential areas.

 

9. Liability

Attendees enter at their own risk. Curious Satalite LDA is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal property. Parents/guardians are responsible for the supervision of children at all times.

 

10. Photography & Filming

By attending, you consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be featured, please inform a member of staff on arrival.
